Raider Football ~Playoff game at The Boneyard~ Black Friday

I would like to invite everyone out to The Boneyard this Friday night as the Raiders host the 3rd round playoff game against the Warner Robins Demons. This game is sure to be a knucklebusting, smashmouth football game and we are hoping for a huge hometown crowd to cheer on the Raiders. Kickoff is at 7:30, tickets are $10 at the gate and it looks like nice cool, but not freezing weather for the game.

Please come out and make some noise and support these young men, they have worked very hard and very hungry for this win.

I so admire great attitudes like this. Our county has so much to be proud of in our high school athletic programs and it is so neat to watch students come out from other county schools to support these guys and our community in general. Gooooooooooooooo Raiders!!!!!!!!

The Raiders had a nice team breakfast this morning and they are ready for the game.


@Hiram mom, tell them to come early for a good parking spot and seat. Student section is the end closest to the field house. (and tell them thank you for the support!) :clapping: :clapping:

One more thing, Playoff shirts will be available tonight. I believe they are $10 :good:

It's great to hear about the support for the team. They are really big underdogs in this game so this will probably be their last game of the year.
This is a good chance to see them this year and a really good team from Warner Robins.

have some faith :good: Our boys were big underdogs last year with Clarke Central, they had us beat before we left Paulding county, but the Raiders pulled out a win. I believe we will win. Our QB is back under center, the Raiders are focused, disciplined and very well coached. They have the will and the heart, I'm not saying it won't be an all out battle, this is 3rd round. Every team is great at this point, but I believe in my O-line and my defense. In Terrel Hannah, Andre Suttles, Tank Browder and for dang sure Mitchel Webb. AJC picks are split: One east/one WR. I think in general most people see WR as the better team statewide....However, we will see tonight!!

I think WR is favored to win by most "experts". Reid is a good coach and a "winner" so you can't count him out but WR is a tough team.

Speaking as an Air Force vet who was stationed in WR, it's going to be tough for the EP boys with all that Air Force blood coursing through the veins of their opponents, but I certainly would love to see a Paulding team come out on top. And if they don't, well, it was still a helluva season and a helluva talented team.

I can't begin to tell you how proud I am if my Raiders, of the Seniors and my son. They played hard and never gave up. I also greatly appreciate the Raider coaching staff, they are such great men and wonderful coaches who deserve so much respect for the work they put into this program, into those young men.


Thanks for all the support from all the other schools tonight.
