I just sent this to a buyer I am working with who wants a place for horses.
They are out of town right now, but I might schedule a showing next week if they like it.

Perfect...thank you. It's a very easy show. Just let me know. The barn is HUGE...it has three stalls on one side and there's an area on the other side currently used for storage that could easily be three more. There is water available so you could install a wash bay as well as more stalls.

The 2 bay 30x40 garage would be excellent for extra tack storage. Plus there's a 2 post, professional vehicle lift that remains with the property.

Man! If it wasn't against my religion to have a Rockmart address (not to mention it's nowhere near my work and I already have a house), I'd so check that out! Way cute! Love the part about the land. I will add as an owner of an inground saline pool, you CANNOT IMAGINE how little time, effort, and money we put into the maintenance and upkeep of ours. I always thought a pool would be a royal pain in the arse, but this one is a total JOY. And the water is like silk on the skin.

As someone who lives in the Vinson Mtn/Everett Mtn part of Browning Road I can most definitely assure you, we are Rockmart in postal service only. LOL
