Looking to join a gym. I am in Dallas on 278 and I want something as close as possible so I don't have an excuse not to go (Or, I can go straight from work in Hiram).
Any suggestions?

They are currently in downtown Dallas next to the Theatre but May 1st they will be on 278 next to Audreys.
$39 a month unlimited classes and an ab calls on Saturdays.

There is a Body Flex across the road from Clarks funeral home in that shopping center.. that would be close to your job

Best we found so far is Golds Gym, there's 2 in Douglassville and one near Powder Springs off East West connector.

I go to Gilds in austell 35 per month. I go there because I need classes and they have classes starting at 530am going all day!

I would love to go to kickboxing, but I want my husband to come with me too! I will get more motivated to go if I don't feel like I am alone in this........

There is also workout anytime behind Jim & Nicks.... I would love to go but I don't want to sign a years contract.

I go to LA Fitness. I'm not sure if there's one in Paulding county, but I love my gym!

Does anyone know how much is Body Plex a month? I looked at their website and they have some great classes. I have a feeling they are pretty expensive though.

You can come with me to a free class if you'd like. I've been doing it by myself for two months. I sometimes like going by myself because its my time I don't have to entertain and I can focus on me. Let me know if you want to go.

$25/month, unlimited classes! $35/month if you need childcare...this is what I was told last week when I called. If you go to www.globalfit.com, you may be eligible for discounts at certain gyms!

I'm not a member, but TNT is the bomb! Our Pastor's wife, Tara, and Worship Leader, Christy, joined TNT last year and have both lost right at 100 lbs...the transformation has been amazing! There are a lot of folks from our church, Christ Central Dallas, that go there..so NY Gal - you won't be alone. Good Luck!

Those two ladies are my determination. I look at them and say if they can do I can do it. Christy taught class last week and she did an amazing job.
