physcical 10-16, in roadway, green jeep, woman took keys, wearing pink robe
x-street of senator rd
another 10-50 type incident in area reported from second caller - sounds like same call
man in road laying down, beating ground

I know its not funny (the entire situation) but I just busted out laughing at hearing the dispatcher say man was laying on ground beating the ground..lol the mental image I got is to funny
