16-18 yof has made threats to cut wrist and apparently has done so and is bleeding

I got a call during this one.
I am pretty sure I heard SO cancel EMS, so I am guessing this was just an act for help/attention.

The caller was from SC and was the sister of the girl's boyfriend. At least the out of state caller took the time to get help to the girl.
