A few weeks ago someone asked about crockpot lasagna recipes. I am sure many were posted but this was just on Oprah and looked SOOOOOO good. I'm going to have to try this one SOON!!

That recipe sounds really good. Unfortunatly my husband doesn't like the ricotta cheese in lasagna, so when I make it I have to make two different kinds - one with, one without. Let us know how it turns out when you make it.

I just watched that on Oprah as well. I can't wait to try the Lemon Chicken at home.

You can substitute cottage cheese/riccota blend or straight cottage cheese.

You only need two tools in life; WD-40 and duct tape. If it doesn't move and should, use the WD-40. If it shouldn’t move and does, use the duct tape.

Thanks, I know but he won't eat it that way either. He just likes mozzarella in his, with ground beef. I like mine cheesy with ricotta and mozzarella with no meat, but I would put the spinach in mine.

I recently found a recipe for spinach lasagna, but instead of the lasagna noodles, I take spinach, onions, garlic, creamed cheese and mozzerella cheese, stuff it into the large seashell macaroni, place into a cassarole dish, top with spaghetti sauce and mozzerella and bake at 350 for 25 minutes

Ah! Thnx! This reminded me of a recipe that I love and forgot about. Mexican lasagna. Yummy. You use soft tortillas instead of lasagna pasta and layer meat, beans, cheese and whatever mexican sauce you like. So good and rather inexpensive too....goes a long way!

I had a recipe for lasagna that used sliced potatoes instead of noodles. It was very good, but I cannot find it again. Has anyone else tried that?

I watched that Oprah show too, even though it was a repeat from a couple months ago.
I have made the crockpot lasagna before but I used the Duggars recipe. (on their website) It was very good and alot less work than the real thing. :)

Okay let me show my ignorance here: What is "creamed cheese"??? That sounds really good and something I'd like to try.
