Congrats to the Mighty Raiders and to the Hornets! Region 5AAAA NORTH did awesome Friday Night. Kell also was a big winner. Only Pope lost to a great Chattahoochee team!! Good luck tp HHS at Tucker and to East at Maxpreps #1 RANKED Clark-Central....Whose ready for an upset!?!?!? :clapping: :clapping:

East is loaded with talent, but if you want to see one of the BEST running backs in the states you need to check out SOPHOMORE Kamani Thomas who went over the 1,700 mark in rushing and got his 21st and 22nd last night. Those numbers are unbelievable at any level, but as a sophomore he is looking at some might numbers and a bright future. He couldnt do it though without an AWESOME Offensive line, and a offense who can pass and has other options running to keep the D on their toes!!!

Defense also did awesome last night. It bends, but doesnt break. Need a huge performance out of those guys Friday Night!!!

You know this Kamani kid really is an amazing young man. He has had a great year and has remained humble. He gives credit to his O line (they make some great gaps to run through) and he hasn'y let all the media attention go to his head. I think he has a very bright future.


Now we look to round 2, our players and coaches have got to beat the top of their game. No mistakes, only perfection. We beat Clark we're back at home the next week,. By the way, if you missed last night you didn't get your free tshirt. They had like 3 different shirts they were giving out at the gate. (Lady Raider did you get yours?)

What?! Bummer. Yesterday at Moses they had the kids wear t's representing or showing spirit to the HS they would be attending. My 7th grader didn't have a Raider shirt to wear and he was bummed. We offered him one of the softball tees but he wasn't going for that :).

Oh well, I already had 3 places to be last night. I did drive by while running around and was sorry we missed it.

I am running a "fire sale" on all Spirit wear at the high school. I have shirts for $5, $8 & $10. I will also be taking special orders on hoodies, hats and pullovers for chirstmas. If you ever need anything I can meet you up there any time. ;)
