I can't believe ya'll cheered when East lost :( I am a hornets fan and I wanted nothing more than for East to beat Kell--and they came VERY close to it. Kell will probably come out as one of the top 5 teams in the region, and for East to come that close to beating them is AWESOME. I hope East stomps you cocky Wolf Cubs into the ground. I think you are not nearly as good as you think you are. You haven't played ANYBODY yet and East has played the hardest team they will play all year. Last week I was rooting for NPHS, this week--NOT.

BTW, do you guys play Kell? Watch out cause they will destroy the Wolfpack....

Go Hornets--and Go East this week!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Kell is also undefeated in our region. We have 3 teams in 5A that are undefeated. After this week there will be only 1!!! You do the math...

Of course you wanted East to beat kell if you are a hiram fan, It would have kept your region ranking the same as them after they beat you all this week, your not kidding anyone ;)

You're right, they do sound a bit cocky. And they havent played ANYBODY yet, I think they are going to get their feelings hurt when they play East and Hiram.

Dillusional would be more like it, I am not a Raiders fan, but do know yall don't stand a chance against East. Exactly who have yall played that's any good. You've had these big 50 point wins against HORRIBLE teams!!!! But yall are acting the same way East was acting a couple of years ago, like nobody could beat them.

If the EP secondary plays just halfway decent then it won't be close. The game hinges on EP's secondary.

North has played an awful schedule to start, running up the score on some poor teams. North's defense won't be able to slow down the EP running backs, and EP is a more physical team on D. North has two super athletes at WR but against good teams that won't be enough to get by.

I think EP wins and could win big, Reid will want to send a message like he's done in the past.

Your right, they haven't played anyone with talent. I would say that the score will be high like East 42-3 in favcor of East. Because we are a superior team in comparison, but hey at least there coach is allowing them to play against us.

We shall see,it will be a very lopsided game after the 1st quarter.Posted Image

East talks alot of smack..Guess they don't remember their 1st seaon 1-8... or 2nd 0-10... or for that matter 3rd 1-9. Easy to throw rocks at a new team when you forget what it was like. North has done nothing but what good teams should do.. beat the teams they should. Just like East. Gonna be a good game either way. Win or lose even the East folks have to admit that North has done well for their first season.

Yeah right!!! How soon they forget...BTW, I think North has done a great job. I also feel Friday they are just gonna play a team better coached, deeper, and better at this point in the year....Not hating or talking smack at all. The teams you have played are 2-14. It isnt your fault in that, but records speak for themselves. HOWEVER, beat a good East team Friday and I will be the first to say you have reached that point in your program.

GO RAIDERS!!!!

The teams East has beaten are a WHOPPING 3-7! Not much better. No one at North expects to be at THAT point in our program in the 1st year. But if you compare the 1st years of both programs... North looks to be on the right road.

Everyone it doesn't mean a darn thing about the schedule that North or EP has played up to this point. North Paulding is a solid team and they have been the lesser teams by big margins like a solid team should. If East is able to run the ball they will be able to create big plays with the passing game. EP will need to get pressure on the North QB and be in his face all night long. The Raider Secondary is gonna have to play the best game they have played up to this point. If EP gets up big, don't look for Reid to call off the dogs. This could very well be a statement game, much like he made back when he arrived in 2006. When he was running the score up on folks, ask woodland what its like to have 72 points put on them. Should be a great game.

Comparing 1st year programs is like apples and oranges...PC was very different 20 years ago. I think you are on the right road...you just are gonna have a flat tire this Friday...and coaching and experience will make the difference for East in a big way. I agree with cowbell man about the schedules. My only point is dont get too caught up with a 4-0 record. I believe North will have a super future. It just is a couple of years away I think...If I am wrong I will be the first one to eat crow. Just dont think I am! :)

PC was a great team 10 years ago, not 20. LOL They went to the Dome in 2000, I was there. :)

I meant the county not high school... Twenty years ago when East broke off of Paulding County, there had never been much success. I remember the trip to the dome for PC. It was a lot of fun. I hate to see my alma matter struggling like they are now!

NP's top players are graduating this year so if they are gonna do something, this might be the year till the next good class rolls thru. This class is experienced because they have been playing together for 4 years and had to learn on the fly, it's also a talented senior class. I would have loved to seen this years senior class still combined with EP, it would be scary good team.

I do Agree Ball, if the NP class and EP Class was still combined I think everyone in this region would be in for a bad night. Would really go deep into the playoffs for sure. But hey who knows, with the coaching both teams have, they still just might do that this year. The game is almost here, its looking more and more like its going to be another playoff type atmosphere at the Boneyard Friday night. I sure hope all you Raider Fans have your voices and Cowbells ready to go. :yahoo: :yahoo: :yahoo: :yahoo:

I guess we will all just have to wait and see the outcome...

It will be a difficult game for me because I have gone to every Raider game & been a fan for the past 4 years and now my younger child is at North Paulding.

While this has no bearing at all on Friday nights game, I have to give a little shout out to our Junior Raiders who pretty much ran the Wolfpack off their own turf a couple of weeks ago. The 8th grade team won 50-20 and the 7th grade team won 72-42. This is the future of Raider football coming along here folks and they look mighty good!

GO RAIDERS!!!!!

Freshman and JV games today! :yahoo: :yahoo: :yahoo: :yahoo:

I wonder how closely tonight's NP-EP JV and freshman game results will line up with the varsity results tomorrow night?

Good luck to Hiram - hope they stomp Kell.
