I am trying a new recipe again tonight.......wish me luck!

I don't know what it's called, a friend just told me about it.

You marinate chicken in anything you want. I will use bbq thinned with a little dales or worctershire (sp). Then you dip it in batter, she stated it said any kind of batter. She is going to use egg so i guess i will too , unless you guys have suggestions. And then you roll it in crunched up bbq chips! Yummy!

Ok...again..i'm not a chef. So any advice or alterations to make this better would be great! :drinks:

I like this recipe for chicken too....made it numerous times.

6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves 6 tablespoons butter, melted 1 cup all-purpose flour for coating 1 cup heavy whipping cream 1/2 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese for topping
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Rinse and dry the chicken breast halves. Dip each in melted butter, then coat/dredge in flour.
Place coated chicken in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Add cream to just cover. Top with sliced mushrooms and grated Parmesan cheese and bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 45 minutes. Let cool 10 minutes and serve.
45 ACP...........cause shooting twice is just silly

That sounds REALLY good to me, but then again I love chicken and BBQ chips. lol
Last night I made a chili bake. Very simple to make. I buy the 2 alarm chili kits in the red box from kroger. I make the chili(no beans). I then make up what I would use to make a pan of corn bread. I use white lily self rising white corn flour mix. Anyway I pour the cornmeal batter over the chili in a casserole dish and bake it at 350 for around 20 mins. Well you know until the cornbread on top is done. I actually really enjoyed it. I like trying new things when I cook. Posted Image

You asked for advice, so here it is . . . You probably will want to cook it after rolling it in the chips. Raw chicken can make you sick.
Who is John Gault? - He's the successful business owner who didn't want to play by the new 'Law of the Land' so he closed up shop, packed up his stuff and left. He was joined by many other successful business owners who did the same. They stayed away until the government begged them to return and repealed the law.
