Taylor's P.A.L.S. is proud to announce that we are beginning a Community Based Tutoring Program based on an income sliding scale! THIS PROGRAM IS FOR ANY CHILD THAT NEEDS ADDITIONAL TUTORING FOR ACADEMIC SUCCESS! There is an application process and income verification will be necessary! Standard rate per hour is
$30.00, but based on family income, you could qualify for tutoring at 25%, 50%, and 75% off that price! The first visit will be a needs assessment to see if a child qualifies for the program. If a child has an IEP or is in a remedial program or EIP, chances are... he/she will qualify. SPACE IS LIMITED, but a waiting list will be available. Tutoring will take place once a week for an hour. However, after 3 cancelled tutoring sessions, we have the option to remove your child from the program.

Subjects include: Reading, all grade levels
Basic Math Skills for Elementary Level

Other services will be added as funds become available.

Qualifications:
Early Childhood Degree
Add on degree in Special Education
Certified in Special Education/Preschool
Master's Degree in Reading
Reading Specialist
Early Intervention Specialist
Special Instructor with Babies Can't Wait
Graduate of Georgia's Parent Leadership Support Project (advocacy)
Teacher for 13 years.. 10 years in the typical classroom, 3 years in a self contained autism class
