Pine Grove Baptist Church is a great church for Bible based worship services.
The Pastor Bro. Darrell Hunter is a great preacher and teaches God's word
straight from the Bible.

This Church is a true, spirit filled Church where the members are not only
faithful to worship God, but to also minister to the needs of others in the
community and the Church.

If you want to belong to a great Church where everyone will know your name
and be happy to see you, then this should be the next Church you visit!

A fine example of Pine Grove's love and ministering to the needs of others:

Recently my wife gave birth to our twins 8 weeks early. We were out of town (250 miles away) and
both babies had to be in the NICU in North Carolina for over 2 weeks.

2 days after Callie gave birth, we got a "care package" from the Church delivered at
the hospital. It contained a $500 check, $200 in visa gift cards, $220 in restaurant gift
certificates for local area restaurants, and enough cash to make the grand total $1000!

We received news that our daughter would likely die soon later that day.

We received a visit from the Pastor (yes he drove 250 miles each way) and 3 couples from the church
came up at different times!

We received many phone calls and prayers. We felt so loved and supported. People sent food and cards
and notes to let us know we were cared for.

What a blessing!

We don't know what we would have done without our little Church and the members that listen and obey
God and show his love in the flesh!

When we returned home after our daughter's death, we had people bringing over home cooked meals,
more financial support, and continued spiritual support.

You won't receive this kind of love in a Church where no one knows your name or even if you attend regularly.

So if you need banners and flags and contemporary music to be happy in a Church, then Pine Grove is not for you,
but if you are looking for a Spirit filled Church with a great Pastor and members that obey God's word and loves one another, and lives the way the Bible teaches, then Pine Grove is right for you!
