Don't get me started, I really can't understand why someone would get so angry over something that has almost no effect on their own life.

Some one said there are christian haters on here and that they are hated.
I fantasize about my dogs having jobs. I pretend that both of them are window cleaners and their kennel is their first starter home. I think the bigger dog is trying to bump off the smaller dog so he can have the kennel to himself. I know I have a problem, but don't animals have to earn a living too?

Dogs may not be our whole lives, but they make our lives whole.

A dog is not "almost human" and I know of no greater insult to the canine race than to describe it as such.

The more I see of humans, the more I admire dogs.

He is your friend, your partner, your defender, your dog. You are his life, his love, his leader.
He will be yours, faithful and true, to the last beat of his heart. You owe it to him to be worthy of such devotion.

The dog is a gentleman, I hope to go to his heaven, not man's.

Has it ever crossed anyones mind that Ithiel possibly has great intentions and is merely sticking to his religion. He probably feels hated since he won't be tolerated by those of you that don't share his same beliefs. We are supposed to tolerate homosexuals, Wican, Democrats, etc and yet when he comes in and "preaches" many run him off. Not run him off but ridicule him so that he just don't respond. This to me is being more respectful than those that ridicule him. I have been told by several through PM that he used to be a bad mean guy and he has even told me that he has changed so I guess that means some of those pm's may be correct. That being said, has he not changed? I haven't seen where he has ever been hateful or even disrespectful. Not like others that battle religion anyhow.... I happen to like Ithiel and enjoy reading his post.
Keep on keeping on Ithiel!

To each their own. I don't care for the guy. I think he's very bad for business of Pcom -- in fact, I know so. I think he's extremely divisive, to say the least. I don't think he's changed, not one iota. But that's my opinion.

It's Pubby's board. He'll be here only with his blessing, regardless of what you or I think about it. smile.gif

I agree Tow. So the guy is passionate about what he believes in - we all should be so passionate about the things we believe in - that is what FAITH is all about. I haven't read every single one of his posts; however, the ones I have read have been respectful and appeared to be heart-felt. I have noticed a member or two on this site that have "made fun" of his diabetes and in my mind and opinion, there is absoltuely NO EXCUSE whatsoever for that and if I were a betting person, I would bet that making fun of people (especially for health reasons, etc.) will eventually come back to "bite them" every time.

It is very ironic to me that some of the ones blasting ITHIEL for his beliefs are some of the same ones that preach that everyone's belief's should be respected and are the same ones that hold themselves up to be fair, objective, tolerant, etc..............................

Now, back on topic. I do very much appreciate Pubby and his hard work on this site. I know it is not an easy endeavor and I admire and respect him for maintaining this site and allowing us to state our opinions, etc. I do have to say that Pubby has taken time for me each and every time that I have called or visited him and I sincerely appreciate that. I don't always agree with him, but "such is life".

Does this have to do with the new format we have? Is it cheaper for you to do it this way?
