Wow another great day of Eagles football! The Seventh Grade team beat Dobbins 32-20 in a game that wasn't as close as the score might indicate. The Eagles starters scored on every offensive possession and turned the game over to their teammates early in the second half. But the battle of the day was the Eighth Grade game. Regulation ended in a tie, 0-0. On the first play from scimmage in overtime, the Eagles scored and then made the 2 point conversion. The Eagles defense owned the line of scrimmage during the Jaguars possession and the game ended with Austin winning 8-0. Congrats to the players, coaches, and cheerleaders on another outstanding day of Eagles football. Go Eagles, both teams are 4-0! Get ready for next week against the SPMS Panthers.

I have to take my hat off to Dobbins this week. They by far have been the Eagles toughest competition to date. Again I had to suffer through the officiating. To me it it is obvious that a specific member of the officiating crew has been and continues to be bais against the Eagles. It's too bad when the personal issue that he obviously has determines the outcome of many plays in a teenage football game! Its a disgrace...

Way to go EAGLES! You are looking great! I will have to agree with the previous post about the officals or "offical". It has now been 4 weeks and getting more obvious!
