The Heart and Sole Youth Running Club is here to bring running and related programs to youth athletes in the Paulding area, with a focus on Christian values and community service as well. Our club is sponsored by ChristianRunners.org national non-profit organization. Heart and Sole was founded by several coaches and parents formerly of the now dissolved Running Stars program.

Our fall cross country program is open to any youth athletes ages 7-18. Great for elementary and middle school kids who do not have a running program at their schools, home-schoolers, or high schoolers who have other after school activities and need a later evening practice. We practice at White Oak Park, 3 days a week.

Good luck this fall. Just a clarification about the Running Stars Track Club please. Yes, the Running Stars Track Club is no longer running under that name. We have joined forces with the Hiram Ruritan Sports Complex and will restart the Spring track program as the Hiram Hornets Youth Track Club. The Running Stars Track Club has been helping the youth of Paulding County for more than 20 years now and hope to continue that tradition as the Hiram Hornets Youth Track Club. Many coaches will be returning this spring (including head coach Derrick Steagall) and we will have the help of several other volunteer coaches from the Hiram Ruritan located right off of Hwy 92 and Oak St. I know many of you already play football and baseball at the park. General information about the league itself can be found at www.ccytl.homestead.com and the current runningstar website which is currently not being updated but has alot of info about the club. www.runningstarstrack.com I will be updating the Hiram Ruritan website in the next couple of weeks with more info regarding the Hiram Hornets Youth Track Club. www.eteamz.com/hiramruritan/ Hope to see you all in the spring. ages 5-15 yrs boys and girls. NO experience necessary.
