It's a "Hillary" brand tent, and is 10x15 feet in size, with a middle room divider and 4 windows with screen doors. A "porch" with poles extends in the front (not shown extended in pic below). Poles and stakes are included. He's wanting $65.00 CASH for it and wants to do a quick sale to get it out of his yard. I'm sure there are campers in here, as well as guys who get kicked out of the house now and then who could sleep in it, too. He said to just tell folks to call his cell at (404) 447-4214 (no calls later than 10:30pm please) and he can give you directions to his house if you want to look at it.
Pic below (might load slow due to Pbase..)

The jeans are in great shape...I was going to ask $3.00 a pair for the ones that was not faded, torn or were hardly worn at all...and $1 - $2 for the ones that you can tell have been worn alot. The shirts would range from $1.00 - $2.00....most of all of them are in great shape. Both of my kids have went through a huge growth spurt and have a ton of nice clothes they can not wear anymore!
I am planning on having a garage sale at some point early fall but thought I might try to sell some prior to the garage sale to get the kids some new school clothes!
Let me know if you are interested and what size/gender clothes you are interested in and we can schedule to meet and let you take a look!
Thanks in advance.
