IT'S TIME TO CLEAN AND PRESERVE!!!

Govenor Perdue recently signed Resolution 08-09 and Paulding county has adopted these changes. You can now have your home pressure washed, by a licensed professional, if it relates to preservation such as painting or staining or health and safety. Pressure washing for aesthetic purposes only is still banned. Please contact us for further information and quotes.

What would be considered a "health" or "safety" reason??

There is green stuff growing on the siding in the back of the house (damp, shadded area) and I want it OFF cause it looks ugly.

Safety would be removing mold and mildew from steps, porches and such where it may cause an accident due to being slippery. Health is abit vague...the best way it has been discussed is health reasons are for people with documented mold allergies and respiratory problems. Just having ugly mold on the side of a home is still considered aesthetic.

hope that helps, Allen
