That's so awesome! And to get superiors on sight-reading, too -- fabulous achievement! My daughter will be participating in her very first festival this Thursday, and she is so excited she can hardly stand it. I remember waaaay back in the day going to festival when I was in band, and I excited (and nervous!) for her.

And don't forget, this year's symphony included all the freshmen, sophomores, juniors and seniors! Everyone rose to the occasion! The Hiram music program is fielding "only" a symphony band this year, and not a concert band.
