Congratulations Band Of Gold, that was an outstanding performance, you guys went up against some really good competition and came home number 1. There were three other bands that played Summertime, all were good but none to compare to your version. I am proud to be the BandOfGoldDad and am looking forward to the GIBC competition at our place next weekend.

Well congrats BOG members, from myself, and my daughter, former first chair flute Sara Nittinger (class of '04). She's away at UGA and not a p.com member, so I am communicating her CONGRATULATIONS to you all! She misses HHS and especially BOG.

Great job, all, and Dr. Davis!

That actually wasn't out first GC.....we got GC as a 3a band for our Chicago show 3 years ago. Only our BOG seniors remember that.... smile.gif I wish I marched in that show....I watched it the other day and it was something... smile.gif these are 2 pics of Haralson comp. right after we won GC.
