Looks like it will come down to the game 11/9 at PC to see who goes to the playoffs. Good luck to both, should be a good game!!

The Patriots have looked sharp the last two weeks. Hopefully they'll beat Hiram. We'll be there and we're looking forward to a great ball game. I hope the stadium is packed that night.

Will be packed, all but the reserve section! Only cost $45 for a seat the full season (thats just $10 more than regular seat) but no one will buy!!

Spunky, It looks like you posted "Goo Patriots" which is exactly what I hope the Hornets do to the Patriots.

We've got a good team and a couple of college potentials that need to shine against the Patriots.

Im just glad to see anyone for either school talking about football. Seems dead on this board this year not much football talk compared to years past. With that being said Go Hornets and I hope the pats win Friday to get both teams in the playoffs. Can you imagine all three schools in the playoffs? That would be something else.

That program has went downhill (PCHS). I would like to see all the schools in the play-offs though.

Sometimes I just want to be left alone.........And sometimes I don't!

Georgia is always on my mind......Dawg Fan, Falcons on Sundays and Hawks on the nights they play and I can't leave out the Braves.......love them all EXCEPT Tech...lol

Don't look past Newnan. If Hiram can generate just a little offense then they have a good chance against Newnan. But, almost every week K. Williams has reinjured his ankle stifling their most valuable offensive weapon. If they can just convert some third downs and score a couple of offensive TD's, then they have a good shot. If not, then their defense will wear out again before the fourth qtr. In their last three games their offense has scored one TD, and one of those games was against a winless team (Tri Cities). They have talent, they just need to execute/block better on offense and they'll do well.

Btw, at the E. Coweta game, one of the security guys on the field asked me about #10 and commented that he should be a high pick for a 1A school. I agreed. Randy Crutchfield is the backbone to the Hornet's great defense, the kid is awesome along with most all of their defense.

Are all the local high schools in the county all in the same conference/division?

If so, winner of the game will win the conference/division and then go to playoffs?
